Deadlift PR Meme!


The other day I decided to stray away from my workout program and max out on the deadlift. I was able to pull 465 lbs. clean for a 20 lb PR! A friend of mine took a screenshot of the video and turned me into the hulk! It was a great feeling to max out and officially be able to say I can lift 2.5X my bodyweight!
