I offer high quality custom designed fitness programs for any goal. I work with people of all ages and genders, as well as people with injuries.
What happens duiring your first FREE Personal Training session?
I start with a fitness accessment. Figure out where you are strong, and places you need work, and once I feel I know what you can do, let the training begin!
If you make a group, I will train up to 4 people at a time. This is a great way for couples, friends, and even families to train together! The more people in the group, the less you pay per person!
Although i i am not doing it now, I will be offering outdoor boot camps in the future, and will be posting more information on that soon.
I do what I do to help you achieve the life you want for yourself.
Big changes require big commitment, and I will be completely dedicated to giving you a totally customized program to inspire the highest level change possible.
Therefore, i offer a completely complimentary consultation prior to your sessions so that I can best understand your needs and create a program specifically for you.
The consultation is also a time for me to get to know you on a personal level, see if our personalities match, and asnwer ANY questions you might have going forward.
