Staying Active on the Weekends!
For some, the last thing you want to do is work out on the weekend. Thinking to yourself, "I worked hard this week, the weekend will be my relaxation time". Well, if you worked out hard Monday-Friday without any rest days then sure, take a day off, but on that day off stay somewhat active! Don't just vedge on the couch and stay inside all day, get out and walk around or go for a light hike or even go paddleboarding! The weekends are the hardest for most because your weekly ro
